A weekend to dedicate to yourself and your practice. A weekend to listen, let go and release your potential.
We will be guests of Agriturismo Baldeschi, nestled in the beauty of the Umbrian landscape, among the hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
We will move between more physical/dynamic practices and more relaxing/introspective ones. In particular there will be practices of Yin Yang Yoga and Sound Bath, Jivamukti Yoga, Asana Lab, Yoga Nidra, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra.
In your free time you can enjoy a nice walk in nature, reading a good book, relaxing sauna or just “doing nothing.”
It will be a weekend of wellness, yoga, nature, laughter and rediscovery of your inner power, a weekend to leave room for the possible.
