From the 11th to the 14th of December 2025
Nestled in the heart of Umbria, near Lake Trasimeno, the charming Agriturismo Baldeschi will host my winter retreat December 11-14. Allow yourself the space to immerse yourself in your practice, beginning the day with Pranayama and Mysore practice and continuing in the afternoon sessions with meditation, chanting, workshops on asana techniques, Ayurveda classes and insights into different aspects of our Sadhana.
Between the morning and afternoon classes you will have plenty of space to enjoy your free time with lovely nature walks surrounded by the beautiful colors of the pre-Christmas atmosphere, reading a good book in the beautiful farm rooms, chatting in front of the fireplace and a relaxing sauna.
