Welcome to an agritourism immersed in greenery. An agritourism with swimming pools and all the comforts of the modern era. Two age-old farm houses form the nucleus of a green oasis of wellbeing, surrounded by splendid panoramas, trees and rolling hills.

Look carefully at the photos and try to listen. You don’t need to turn up the volume on your smartphone or laptop: you can sense the gentle rush of the grass moving in the soft wind, the shrill song of the jays, the sound of the creeks and cool water nearby.

Our two facilities, the Piratello and the Rio di Sopra Farm, are located between Umbria and Tuscany. The two farm houses were renovated recently, bringing the local stone and façades back to their ancient splendour. As with everything in the Umbrian countryside, our agritourism fits in perfectly with nature: here people have a close compact of trust with the entire ecosystem, which they promise to preserve and with which they live in harmony.

The road leading up to the two structures is lined with fields cultivated with olive trees on one side and vineyards on the other. Some plots of land are coloured by the majesty of sunflowers, while moving away from the road a little the oaks and holly oaks beckon you to enter the wood.
This is where we live. We have carried on our family’s agricultural activities with the Baldeschi Agricultural Estate, producing an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil each year.
Every day we get up at dawn and write our story to the rhythm of the seasons, adjusting to the changes in weather and appreciating the characteristics of each month.
